Bynack is a holiday cottage situated on the outskirts of the village of Nethy Bridge (population 644) which lies within the Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands.
It is perfectly located for those who enjoy outdoor activities. The surrounding Caledonian Pine Forest provides endless walking and mountain biking opportunities from the door of the cottage; the nearby lochs and River Spey provide opportunity for fishing and canoeing; and the Cairngorm Mountains themselves provide a fantastic range of walking, hiking, and climbing possibilities. There are two ski resorts within easy reach of the cottage, Cairngorm Mountain, accessed by the Mountain Railway, is the best option for experienced skiers and boarders, while the small and friendly resort, The Lecht, is ideal for beginners.
For those who prefer less strenuous activities, the local area still provides much to explore, world famous whisky distilleries to visit if you wish and even Nessie who awaits to have her photo taken!
It is also an ideal spot for anyone who enjoys a quiet time away in an attractive landscape with the birds, red squirrels and maybe some deer for company!
